The following Terms and Conditions regulate all interactions between Builden Buildware and Hardware (“Builden,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and any individual or organization (“you” or “the customer”) that accesses our premises, website, products, or services. Builden reserves the right to amend these Terms periodically to reflect changes in operations, legal requirements, or regulatory standards. Once an order is accepted and payment confirmed, pricing will not be altered for that transaction.
Orders shall be deemed binding only upon acceptance by Builden. Accepted payment methods may include electronic funds transfer (EFT), credit card payments, or other approved options.
You can cancel orders before they are dispatched or collected. However, cancellations may incur administrative costs that you have already paid. Please note that orders consisting of customised, cut, or mixed materials are non-cancellable once processing has commenced.
Before dispatch, we will confirm the delivery arrangements and associated costs. Please note that estimated delivery times may change and are not guaranteed. The customer assumes the risk once they receive the goods or collect them and provide a signature. Customers must conduct a thorough inspection of the goods immediately upon receipt.
Builden complies with the provisions established in the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
To process returns, customers must present a valid tax invoice.
Customers can return online purchases within seven (7) days as long as the items are unused, unopened, and in a condition suitable for resale. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
If customers find defects in products, they can request a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with their statutory rights. Please note that handling or collection fees may apply, where permitted by law.
